How Can I Access Services?
Services are available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Programs are accessible to all persons with disabilities without regard to disability, ethnicity or minority background.
Information and referrals are available by phone and TDD. To obtain other services call the following to schedule an appointment. Please bring your medical documentation to your first appointment:
