The Clark County Housing Authority has a limited number of rental housing units with all required facilities for the disabled, including special accommodations in kitchens and bathrooms, as required by the ADA and Section 504 Regulations of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Applicants must be disabled as defined in the Social Security Act, and must meet income levels which limit occupancy to low-income persons. The Clark County Housing Authority also provides Section 8 certificates and vouchers.
