City of Henderson-Housing Programs Division offers home repair and rehabilitation assistance to eligible Henderson residents. Programs include grants, 0% and 3% loans, depending on household income. For eligibility, annual income limits apply and Henderson residency is required. Eligible home improvements include accessibility modifications as well as other housing needs. Programs also include a first-time home buyer, down-payment assistance program. Services are provided free of charge.
