The Clark County Election Department oversees and conducts all pertinent voting and registration-related activities within its jurisdiction. The Clark County Registrar of Voters, an appointed public official, is statutorily charged with the responsibility of registering all eligible voters and conducting uniform elections for all primary and general elections held in Clark County to elect federal, state, and district officials, as well as all special elections of political subdivisions and recall elections of public officials.
