AFAN provides case management for HIV Positive residents of Clark County, Nevada and Mojave County Arizona. Referrals and information are provided for all aspects of HIV are including: primary medical care, housing and benefits counseling. Transportation and housing assistance may be provided. Food bank is available and hot lunch is served four days a week. HIV education and outreach is also available.
